NEW GULF STREAM MOTORHOME DIVISION PLEDGE
PLACES DEALERS IN THE DRIVER’S SEAT

NAPPANEE, Indiana – Where stars shine bright in the northern Indiana sky, Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. introduces a five point gold star pledge to its dealers. The concentrated effort to inform and educate about enhanced customer service is a priority for the full-line recreational vehicle manufacturer in 2008. With an April 1 kick-off, “All employees have had formal training in each of these important programs,” states Mr. Brian Shea, President. The programs are:

  1. On-Line Parts Store – Dealers can place parts orders online and view in real time.
  2. Electronic Warranty Submission –Warranty is submitted quickly online and payments are being received by dealers more rapidly.
  3. Bill of Materials – An itemized list of parts including model, serial and VIN number of unit.  This list is included with the delivery of each unit.
  4. Regional Sales Training – Incorporates featured benefits of products.
  5. Gold Program – A comprehensive program emphasizing the relationship between the customer service representative and the consumer.

“Our dealers have noted the tremendous improvements at Gulf Stream more now than ever before,” remarks Claude Donati, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “It is our goal to bring this good news front and center.”
